Scope: Historic preservation of existing hotel. Demolition done by hand to preserve exterior walls. Complete rebuild with the addition of two floors. The Birchwood includes 17 hotel rooms, 2 commercial kitchens, dining room, bar, grand ball room, and a rooftop lounge.
