Bill joined the company as a Project Manager in 1998. He has
extensive knowledge of Class A Commercial Construction and his attention
to detail and quality are found in every project. Budgets, AIA
negotiations, estimations including High End Design / Fastrack /
Specialty projects, Bill empowers with logistical tactics, scheduling &
teamwork. He leads with every technological advance regarding
mechanical, HVAC, electrical, Generator, UPS, A/V, IT & Voice
infrastructures, He has over 25 years of experience in construction, as
a Construction Manager and Chief Mechanical Engineer for companies such
as: The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company & The Metropolitan Life
Insurance Company.
